I did the calibration steps as instructed for each spool I used and printed all the parts I needed. I too had difficulty insterting the Z smooth rods into their proper positions because the holes were too small for the rods. Not sure if this is because of any type of shrinkage. I will need to experiment with prints and adjusting the hole diameter as necessary.

What are we verifying the wall thickness against on the second print with the new extrusion multiplier?
