I'm on my 2nd Bear upgrade, using an LDO kit. This one has a very high percentage of T nuts with burrs in them. So many that I'm sure I won't make it through the assembly without buying a tap to clean them out. In this step, I wound up threading 20 nuts to find 16 good ones. The first kit only had one bad nut in the batch.
I struggled with this until I used a dental pick. Angled the part down a bit, set the bolt in on it's side, and used the pick to slowly push the bold back/up until it dropped in the hole. Once I gave that a shot it took only a few seconds for both insertions. I would imagine a stiff wire would work just as well. Just something you can easily get inside the Hex head of the bolt and easily remove.

Push the stepper motor, or push the Y motor mount?
I used one of the two remaining long extrusions to hold the Y axis extrusions level as attached the extrusion plate. Perfect fit!
