To help set the nylock in, I used a M3x8mm screw with washer to pull it. A hexball wrench is necessary (included with the Prusa) to get an angle. Remove when finished.
I also had difficulties setting the nylock nut. Maybe moving this part up the step 2 (before mounting on the frame) would be helpful since the user can use a flat surface to help push it in.
Note: the distances are different if your assembling an older bear frame (version 2.0 or prior)

A ziptie can be used as a 1 mm feeler. Use a digital caliper to check the thickness.
